The e-Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The e-Gift Card can be redeemed after all applicable discounts and promotional offers have been applied.
Only one e-Gift Card can be redeemed per order. Multiple gift cards cannot be combined in a single transaction.
Any unused balance will remain available and can be used for future purchases until the card's expiry date.
If the order value exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using any available prepaid payment method. The balance amount cannot be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
e-Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD) and must be paid for using prepaid payment methods only.
e-Gift Card balances cannot be refunded, reversed, reloaded, or exchanged for cash once used.
In the event that an order paid partially or fully using an e-Gift Card is cancelled or returned without an exchange, the amount redeemed through the gift card will not be refunded and shall be deemed expired. Any additional amount paid through other payment methods will be refunded in accordance with Popify Homes' Return & Refund Policy.
e-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
