At Popify, each piece is crafted with care — but in the rare case something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

Returns:
We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects. To initiate a return, please contact us at popifyhomes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them

We do not offer any replacement or exchange only return is applicable

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be Credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons related to personal preferences, color variations, or minor imperfections that come with handcrafted products.
