- Ready-to-Ship Items: Delivered within 7-10 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Require 2-3 weeks for production, followed by an additional 7-10 days for delivery.
- Customers can reach out to our team to inquire about their order’s delivery status at any time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.
- Any additional customs duties or import taxes for international shipments shall be borne by the customer.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor its progress.
- Popify Homes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.
